Sacred Places Journal
In September of 2001 I took one of the first planes to leave Boise after 9/11 to spend six weeks exploring places of ancient holiness in England, Scotland and Wales. At times I was joined by my long-time friend Evelyn, at times by my daughter Elizabeth, at times, on my own, I encountered other pilgrims. It was a journey of exploration both external and internal. The experiences have shaped much of my life and my writing since then.
For those who would like to share my experience you may select from the menu below, or find the complete journal at www.epworthchapelonthegreen.org/pilgrimages/sacredplaces
